Lane M. Ferdinand
Mr. Ferdinand was born and raised in
New Jersey,
where he has practiced law for over 36 years.
He is a graduate of
Seton
Hall
University
and Seton Hall University School of Law.
Throughout his career he has been a successful trial
attorney on behalf of both plaintiffs and
defendants. He is sought after by claimants, major
casualty insurance companies, and major national
corporations as well as other lawyers for his court
room skills, expertise in negligence law and
insurance coverage disputes. In addition to
being an active member of many trial and bar associations, Mr. Ferdinand is an active lecturer in
insurance law, medical issues confronting lawyers,
and general negligence.
Mr. Ferdinand also serves as an Arbitrator in the
New Jersey Superior Court Arbitration Program and
also serves as a mediator in alternative dispute
resolution matters.
He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as
"Certified Trial Lawyer"
and has the distinction of being selected as a
"Super Lawyer"
by his peers.
Outside the practice of law, Mr. Ferdinand served in
various leadership capacities as President or Board
Member for several community, charitable and private
organizations.
